Items generally ship within 3 business days after payment clears. We ship FedEx Ground and require signature confirmation for items above $100 in value to protect from fraudulent claims.
Due to the odd dimensions of certain items, FedEx may charge more for shipping oversize items and calculate that into shipping weight as a "dimensional weight." Any special requests for alternate packaging arrangements may incur an additional handling fee charge to be paid prior to shipment. Paid for items will be shipped as specified within the order and will not be able to be modified or combined.
We DO NOT offer Pick-up Service, All orders must be shipped.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact customer service by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the original purchase price, less a restocking fee if applicable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization; you must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department prior to sending the item back. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Request for return must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and the returned merchandise should be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipment. A restocking fee may be charged if your product is not returned in its original condition or is missing packing material, manuals, accessories or parts.
