You are getting a point painting by B. Gerhart. It has B. Gerhart in the lower right corner of the painting and is in a very sturdy substantial wood frame. The actual painting is approx: 36” w x 24” H. The overall framed size is: 42.5” W x 30.5” H. It will be in an over sized box so the price reflected in the pounds will be dimensional weight not the actual weight based on the UPS Shipping charts.

All pick-up orders must be paid prior to pick-up. You must e-mail or call in advance and get a reply prior to picking an item up... Items must be picked up within 7 days of payment. NOTE: all handling fees are as stated and will apply to pick-up orders as well as shipped orders.
Return Policy: All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exceptions are in the case of damage during shipment or gross misrepresentation. Any return must have prior approval from the Shopgoodwill Supervisor. A request for return must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

PICK-UPS: By appointment only Monday through Friday (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with a minimum of 24 hours notice. E-mail or call in advance to discuss pickup details. Pickups require payment in advance and photo ID. No payments will be accepted on site, with the exception of Checks or money orders that are PRE-APPROVED by the Shopgoodwill Supervisor PRIOR to picking up the item. Pick-up items are charged the stated handling fee. Please pick-up item within 7 days of auction close, otherwise a restocking fee may be charged.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined shipping information. We reserve the right to deny combination of items to ensure safely shipped items. Handling charges will not be reduced. If items "Cannot Be Combined," they cannot be combined - no exceptions.
