SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ONLY ship via USPS Priority Mail and our rates are based on their rates. Handling fees apply to all items whether shipped or picked up. Please bid accordingly.

 

Items may be combined for shipping when the following criteria are present: 

1.  The items are from the same selling Goodwill.

2.  The items close within the same week (7 days). 

3.  You have NOT already paid any of the items.  Items must be paid under same order.

4.  The combined weight does not exceed 20 pounds and carton size cannot exceed 12" X 12" X 12".  Larger items will ship at dimensional weight rate.

 

If your auction items meet the above criteria, the site will prompt automatically to combine all available orders during the payment process.   Qualifying media items will ship at Media Rate. Media-Mail items can be combined with non-Media items at the higher shipping cost of Priority Mail.  Flat rate boxes are available upon request.  Please combine all items prior to payment.

 

 

PICK-UP ITEMS

 

All items must be paid in advance online by credit card or by check or money order through the mail. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP.

 

Please email us the name of the person picking up. Photo I.D. will be required.

 

Pick-up hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

 

For Pick-Up Only items the buyer may arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service, but the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item and be able to pick it up un-packaged.

 

Making Payment

Log into your Shopgoodwill.com account, click on your Open Orders folder, select “Pay For This Item,” and follow the payment process.

 

Please allow 10-14 business days for check or money order payments to clear.

For items under 4 lbs & under 12 inches on all dimensions, we default ship USPS Priority Mail & our rates are based on their rates. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF PICKUPS.
Due to relocating, we will not be able to serve pickup customers for anything other than LARGE NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS. All items that can be shipped will be shipped to you. ONLY LARGE NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP FROM THIS LOCATION STARTING MARCH 20, 2013.

Due to an increase in volume & the resulting decrease in storage space, PICKUP CUSTOMERS MUST EMAIL AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE for item pickup service with information on order numbers and/or item numbers. WITHOUT ADVANCE EMAIL NOTICE, PICKUP CUSTOMERS WILL BE TURNED AWAY & notified to email for a future appointment. Wait can be up to 2 hours at high traffic times & with larger quantities of items to pickup.

All items must be paid in advance online by credit card through Visa or MasterCard. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP.

Items must be scheduled to be picked up within 7 business days from payment date or item will be considered a donation and relisted.

FOR CUSTOMERS EMAILING 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE ONLY, pick-up hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday only. Please allow up to 2 hours for pick-up orders while waiting at our site, especially during peak hours & with a larger quantity of items to pickup.
