Fraud Alert

To protect you from phishing scams, please keep the following in mind:

• Shopgoodwill.com will never email you with a request to submit payment, through any means other than by logging into shopgoodwill.com itself.
• Shopgoodwill.com will never ask you for your password.
• If you have concerns over the validity of any email you receive that states it is coming from shopgoodwill.com or one of its participating Goodwill sellers please email info@shopgoodwill.com.
• If your buyer login is similar to your email address (example: Your buyer login is Bob123 and your address is bob123@yahoo.com) you may change your login to better protect yourself. To do this please email info@shopgoodwill.com from your registered email account, and supply us with three choices for your replacement buyer login. Further verification may be necessary before your login is changed.

We strive to keep shopgoodwill.com a safe and fun place for you to shop, and to that end we urge you to contact us if you feel you may be the target of a phishing scam related to your shopgoodwill.com account.

Quick Links Added

We have added a "Quick Link" navigation tool to near the top of shopgoodwill.com. When logged in this tool will allow you to jump straight to frequently used pages. Additionaly a quick link is there for each of your Watch List items, this will allow you to navigate directly to them without going to the Watch List page first.

Bid Confirmation Email Preferences

You can now choose to not receive certain notifications by email. These include: bid confirmation, out-bid confirmation and item shipped notification. If you'd like to change your preferences please visit the Buyer/Contact Information tab on your My shopgoodwill page.
